Our team sources only the highest quality coffee beans through small producers. Hand selecting freshly harvested lots from some of the most responsible farms around the world. As the only roasters in Sanford, we take our job really seriously. We perpetually roast to a place where body, flavor, and acidity are perfectly balanced. Palate exists to share our love of coffee with our community, while also making a difference locally and globally.
